Terms of Use

These terms apply to the ApexStream mobile app and the ride pages it shares ("the Service"), operated by [operator name, address and IČO] ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
The app shares your live position, speed and lean angle with people you send a link to. Anyone with the link can watch the ride in a browser without an account. You decide who gets the link.
2. Ride safely
The app is an information display, not a safety device. Speed limits come from OpenStreetMap and can be missing or wrong. Lean angle is an estimate from phone sensors. Always follow traffic law and your own judgement; never operate the phone while riding.
3. Your account
You need to be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your rides and share links are deleted with it.
4. ApexStream Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It unlocks lean angle, speed limits, full ride history with replay, live video and share links that stay available after the ride.

Prices are shown in the store before you buy, in your local currency.

A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; the store, not the app, manages billing, cancellations and refunds.

Apple or Google is the seller of the subscription. Their terms and refund policies apply.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to track anyone without their knowledge, to publish other people's rides, or to overload the servers. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided as is. Ride sharing depends on mobile coverage and third-party map and data providers, and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or consequences of relying on displayed values. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
